Data Deletion Request
Use this page to request account, workout, or device data deletion.
If you want your Built By Rounds account or workout data deleted, email us using the button below or send a request to support@builtbyrounds.com.
What to Include
- The email address or handle used in the app.
- Your device platform: Android or iOS.
- What you want deleted: account, workout history, punch stats, push token, or all app data.
- Any purchase issue you want preserved for support before deletion.
What We Delete
We will delete or anonymize account profile information, synced workout history, punch stats, app settings, push tokens, and related personal data where technically and legally possible.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, payment disputes, or app-store purchase history. App-store purchase records are also controlled by Google Play or Apple.
Timing
We aim to respond within 7 days and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or technical safeguards.
