Using the App

Built By Rounds provides boxing timer, music, profile, trainer voice, progress, and workout tracking tools. You are responsible for using the app safely and lawfully.

Fitness and Safety

The app is not medical advice. Boxing training can be strenuous. Stop immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, injured, or unsafe. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new fitness program, especially if you have any medical condition.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens through your account. Guest mode may not sync all features.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Subscriptions and one-off packs are billed through the applicable app store. Prices, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Google Play, Apple, or their payment systems. Premium access is active while your subscription or entitlement is valid.

Content and Intellectual Property

The app, artwork, music direction, trainer content, badges, copy, and visual identity are owned by Built By Rounds or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app content except as allowed by law.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its services, upload harmful content, abuse group or leaderboard features, or use the service in a way that harms other users.

Availability

Some features require internet access, app-store services, or third-party providers. We may change, improve, limit, or remove features as the app evolves.
